Shoshana Marziano

Hello! I am Shoshana Marziano, founder of Smart Admin Services. It is my honor to partner with real estate agents and service their clients ensuring smooth transactions from contract to settlement.

My experience in this field is extensive and includes over 1700 transactions closed offering a significant added value to each transaction our team assists with.

Jessica Thompson

Jessica got into real estate after studying to be an X- ray tech. We love having her X-ray our files! Jessica first joined the company as a contracts specialist in 2015 and then proceeded to work as a buyers agent for other firms for a number of years. Jessica joined Smart Admin Services in 2022 and was part of the efforts to implement our company system into the transaction management software that we work in. She focuses on contract review, maintaining the transaction management software, specialized in Elmo, Dotloop and Authentisign and prepares weekly updates for your agents.

Cheryl Mora

Cheryl joined the real estate field after completing an associates degree in business administration and gaining experience as an accounting technician. We love her attention to detail, customer service orientation and willingness to learn new systems! Cheryl joined the company in 2022 and specializes in Skyslope and Command systems, as well as Authentisign, listing packet preparation, compliance follow up and preparing weekly updates for our agents.
